Jesus Can Do Anything (Even Move Mountains for You)

And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; nothing shall be impossible unto you.-Matthew 17:20 (kjv)

God can move mountains whenever He pleases. Let's not forget, Jesus is God. Jesus can move mountains for you. It can sound like a fairytale discovery. But it's not. It's reality. Jesus can move mountains for you. The whole point of the body of Christ is to be able to discern how to use our lives overall for the edification of one another. Jesus has established the body of Christ for the edification of one another. He moves through His church so that His church will lack no good thing both spiritually and materialistically speaking. In Acts, we read that there are people who broke bread together and gave according to each other's necessities.

That's the whole point of giving. God desires for His church to lack no good thing. Whenever a brother or sister is in need of things and you don't provide, and God is telling you to do so... and you know the brethren is really in need? Well God is not going to be pleased with that and He will hold you accountable when He asks you one day on why He prompted you to give and you decided to keep it to yourself.

A lot of the time we mistake giving as a weakness when in reality is a strength for the kingdom of God. Loads of the time some people leave church because their needs aren't being met. There's a difference between a church that lacks finances overall than a church that God is prospering and decides not to give because they don't want to give because they suffer from financial anxiety, and so on and so forth. Well, I'm here to let you know that anxiety is something that can be overcome with work, prayer, and maintaining yourself in the will of God. When God asks of you to be His hands, His feet, give and go where He wants you to give and go, please do. Your reward will be great in heaven.

Consider the works of our historical faith leaders under the commandment of God's Word and God's Spirit to give of the gospel to others and let's have them as examples to imitate as well for they imitated Christ as we should imitate Christ.

Even historical leaders in the Bible should be considered as a means of examples for our lifestyles when they wholeheartedly obeyed God even when things got tough. Jesus can do anything with a surrendered heart to His leading and guidance, even moving mountains for you (metaphorically speaking).
